The Business Advisory New Associate position sits within the Customer Support vertical, focusing on non-voice service desk operations. You’ll assist in managing and resolving customer queries received via email, web, and chat channels. Your role involves ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing escalations, troubleshooting incidents, documenting resolutions, and maintaining adherence to defined service levels (SLAs).
